Integration Engineer

We are seeking an Cloud Solutions Integration Engineer, you’ll help design, deploy, and support cloud-based solutions that improve scalability, security, and performance for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

  • Support migration projects from on-premises systems to cloud environments.

  • Implement basic automation using scripts or infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.

  • Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and security teams to ensure best practices in availability, performance, and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Stay informed on emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver in two-week increments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

  • Understanding of cloud concepts such as virtualization, containers, networking, and storage.

  • Familiarity with cloud provider services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

  • API build and subscription experience.

  • Basic experience with Linux/Unix or Windows Server administration.

  • Foundational knowledge of networking protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer.

  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

  • Strong QA skills.
