
UX/UI Designer
We are seeking a UX Designer who can translate business goals into user-centered designs through research, wireframes, prototypes, and iteration. An ideal candidate will shape intuitive, delightful experiences across digital products with a customer experience focus.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, testing) and translate insights into actionable designs.
Develop wireframes, mockups, customer journey maps, and prototypes.
Create user flows, personas, storyboards, and usability test artifacts.
Plan and conduct usability testing; iterate designs based on findings.
Collaborate across teams (product, engineering, stakeholders) to align UX decisions with business and technical goals.
Stay current with UX trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver in two-week increments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with UX research, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Experience working directly with users to create and refine personas.
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and clear communication.
Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
Bachelor’s degree in UX design, HCI, psychology, design, or equivalent.
Familiarity with front-end tech (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Strong QA skills.
